How do I join MoonArt Rewards?
Joining is free! Simply create a MoonArt account or sign in to your existing account to get started. Once you're a member, you can earn points and redeem them for savings on future purchases.
Do my previous purchases count towards rewards?
Yes! We've added points for eligible previous purchases, so you may already have points waiting in your account. Simply sign in to your MoonArt account to check your balance and see which rewards you can redeem.
Do I earn points on shipping?
No. You earn points on the products in your order. Shipping costs don’t earn points.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you've collected enough points, you can redeem them for a reward through the MoonArt Rewards page. Choose your preferred reward, and you'll receive a discount code to use at checkout. Simply apply the code to your order to enjoy your savings.
Do points expire?
Your points expire after 12 months without any activity. Earning or using points keeps them active.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return an order and receive a refund, the points you earned on it will be removed from your balance.
